My computer (which is broken right now *sigh*) has a dual-core 64-bit AMD proc, 1gb RAM, pretty decent GeForce 6150LE graphics. It runs Ubuntu 7.10 with Compiz...dual boots Windows XP for playing a few games that don't like Wine.Most of the hard drive (and my bandwidth!) is taken up torrenting Star Trek, Buffy, Angel, The Simpsons, Futurama, ATHF...etc...etc.
I like the weird, the nonconformist (the *true* nonconformist - who likes what they like regardless of whether or not it happens to be popular with *any* particular group), and I'm fascinated by philosophy and human search for meaning.
If that doesn't describe me, I don't know what does
